Miguel Ubiles is proud to advocate for plaintiffs in first party property and personal injury cases.  He is a champion for numerous social causes and his professional mission is to seek justice for his clients.  Miguel diligently pursues the maximum results for his clients.

Miguel started his career as a public defender, where he took numerous cases to trial and won.  He later worked in insurance defense, where he defended major corporations in first party property and personal injury claims.  Ultimately, Miguel transitioned to the plaintiff’s side, fighting on behalf of injured clients in personal injury litigation cases. 

At Payne Law, PLLC, Miguel litigates first party property and personal injury cases.  He is a tireless worker who genuinely enjoys fighting the good fight.
