Bryan, a Florida native, pursued his passion for law by earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, where he focused on legal studies and emergency management. During his time at UCF, he maintained strong academic performance and was honored to be included on the Dean’s List. His passion for community service led him to be an active member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.

Following his undergraduate studies, Bryan continued his education at the Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee. There, he served on the Editorial Board of the Florida State University Law Review. Bryan gained practical experience through several internships and as a Certified Legal Intern with the Office of the Public Defender, where he passionately advocated for individuals facing criminal charges.

After completing his legal education, Bryan accepted a role as an Assistant Public Defender with the Office of the Public Defender in Orange County, bringing him back to Orlando. In this position, he continued to fulfill his commitment to community service and to protecting the rights of individuals within the criminal justice system.

Following, Bryan joined one of Florida’s largest defense firms, where he represented insurance companies and corporations in various practice areas, including insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.

In 2018, called by his dedication to the pursuit of justice for members of the community, Bryan made the decision to shift his practice towards championing the rights of individuals, families, and businesses engaged in disputes with their insurance carriers, including cases involving denied or underpaid claims. Bryan continues this work at Payne Law; passionately representing members of the community. He strives every day to seek justice for his clients.
