Brian Stewart-Magee

Brian Stewart-Magee is a successful attorney in complex litigation and E-Discovery field. He is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. He originally joined the military to get college money. He served in the U.S. Army initially as Calvery Scout and then went into the infantry; long-range recon; military intelligence; and finally, Special Forces Intelligence as the youngest Intelligence Advisor ever to serve for the U.S. Special Forces (Airborne), better known as the Army Green Berets.

Setting aside his glory days, Mr. Stewart-Magee entered the legal field as a trial attorney in his own law firm in 2006. In 2013, Mr. Stewart-Magee transitioned into the complex litigation and E-Discovery field. He was a team leader at Morgan & Morgan. In the past, he worked on many high-profile cases such as the American Airlines merger, mortgage-back securities, and opioid litigation.

Currently, he is with the Payne Law firm in the insurance litigation department in Alabama.
