Daniel Brisbane, a native Floridian born and Miami but raised in Orlando, obtained his bachelor’s in legal studies at the University of Central Florida. Afterward, he went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree at the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law, where he has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2019.

In the early years of his career as an attorney, Daniel Brisbane worked at the state attorney’s office as a prosecutor for the Ninth Judicial Circuit where he was able to hone his courtroom experience through multiple criminal trials in front of Judge Andrew Cameron and Denise Beamer. It was there he fought zealously to ensure the citizens of Orange County obtained justice.

In 2020, Daniel then moved towards civil litigation where he applied his prior litigation experience to work at one of Florida’s largest Plaintiff firms in the field of First Party Property. His practice area involved representing homeowners in insurance claim disputes resulting from windstorms, hurricanes, hail, sinkholes, and more.

At Payne Law, Daniel strives to always make sure homeowners are properly represented and that they are also informed and involved in every step of the litigation process. Making sure that the community he grew up in is able to take care of their homes after a loss is his duty and pleasure.

Before becoming an attorney, Daniel had interned for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration where he saw firsthand how the law, public policy, and scientific efforts come together to protect our environment and achieve a goal. This strengthened his passion for the law already set in his heart when he was young

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his friends and family attending renaissance fairs and listening to music, including a newfound taste for Jazz.
